The weather is finally cooling down, but that doesn’t mean activity in Dublin is too! October is jam-packed with fun fall events that people of all ages can enjoy.
With Halloween quickly approaching, you’ll want to pick out that perfect pumpkin for your pie or jack-o-lantern. Jacquemin Farms has 15 acres of pumpkin patch, so you will certainly find something! Already got a pumpkin? They also have a large assortment of fall decor items, a Kiddie Playland, and weekend hayrides!
All Hallows Eve at the Ohio History Center is October 18. The whole family can enjoy some old fashioned fun by playing Old-Time Games, listening to ghost stories by the bonfire, attending an Irish wake, and much more Halloween fun.
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has a whole line-up of fun this month:

The Annual Eagle’s Nest & Café Kids Scavenger Hunt at the Giant Eagle Market District in Dublin is happening October 21. Kids are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes while they search for treats, make crafts, and more!
Looking for some spooks? Grab a blanket and check out Grave Tales at the Dublin Branch Library on October 22 for frightful tales on the hill in front of Dublin Cemetery. They get scarier as they go!
Lastly, COSI is hosting their Spooktacular Celebration and the Ohio Game Developer Expo on October 25. Visit various stations throughout COSI for science tricks and tasty treats, then check out presentations from video game developers across Ohio.
