Some might say that the weather for last Saturday's St. Patrick's Celebration in Dublin, Ohio was authentically Irish. It rained. Quite a bit. In fact, I don't
think it stopped raining (but we'll check with those people who marched or rode in the 90-minute parade, to be sure). Still, the Irish attitude was never more evident ... just check out the smiles on the faces in our photos from the event.
Sure, there were a lot more plastic ponchos, rainboots, slickers and umbrellas than we usually see during this fun celebration, but that didn't dampen anyone's spirit. We're of hardy stock, here in Dublin, Ohio. We like our celebrations ... and there is nothing that is going to come between us. Certainly not a little precipitation. That's the great thing about Irish Attitude. It rises above.
