Artisan Handcrafted Cocktails

VASO Gin and Tonic

The cocktail menu is out and spoiler alert, it’s a work of art. You never know, the bartender serving you the drink could be the one who invented it in the first place, as VASO encourages creativity among its staff. Here are our favorites from the new menu.

Classic American Love Story – Watershed vodka, lavender, Earl Grey tea, lemon

Last Call, Norm! – raisin infused Myers's dark rum, Pasubio, house cola, malic acid

Stay Golden – OYO honey vanilla vodka, Brother's Drake apple pie mead, lemon poppy, citric acid

What She Said – Wheatley vodka, Ketel One Citroen, Amaro Montenegro, Maggie's Farm falernum, Cocchi Americano, lemongrass, lemon, clarified with Fruit Loop milk

Don’t worry – they still have your favorites including their signature Gin & Tonic, garnished to the nines with baby’s breath, orange peel and juniper berries.
