To protect public health during the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Dublin Independence Day parade, celebration and fireworks display has been canceled. City staff is planning new and creative ways to celebrate July 4th and our community’s American patriotic spirit. Learn more.
The festivities start at 8 a.m. with the annual Sherm Sheldon Fishing Derby at the pond in front of the Dublin Recreation Center. At 9 a.m., see the large balloons at the Inflation Celebration in Metro Center.
The Independence Day Parade kicks off at 11 a.m. from Metro Center and will march through Dublin's Historic District.
