ABOUT OUR BEVERAGE PROGRAM
The Vaso beverage program is not only a reflection of the season but also its dedicated and imaginative bar staff.
New to the program - inspired by The Nolet Family and Ketel One's commitment to sustainability in our industry, Vaso has taken up the challenge to become more sustainable in our everyday operations. A portion of the proceeds from our Ketel One cocktails are being used to fund our very own recycling program. A first for the Bridge Park District, our goal is to inspire others in the industry to take up the challenge and find ways to become more sustainable.
