Sundays at Scioto: Enjoy free, live music every Sunday evening, June 9 -July 28, 2019 in the Scioto Park amphitheater. Concerts showcase local and regional performing artists that include almost every musical taste, from Latin jazz to big band swing and traditional Celtic music to country rock. Concerts begin at 7pm. Zoofari 2019 - Enjoy a wild, adults-only night at Columbus Zoo & Aquarium's Zoofari presented by Nationwide Insurance. Guests "graze" their way through The Zoo while enjoying live entertainment, signature dishes and specialty drinks scattered throughout The Zoo grounds. More info here.
Annual Kiwanis Frog Jump & Festival - More than 5,000 participants and spectators come out to attend the fun at Dublin's longest-running event on June 22nd. Loads of prizes are available as well as inflatables, food vendors and some quality time spent outside. Frog races begin at 10 am and the final qualifying race will start at 2:30 pm. Arthritis Foundation Auto Show - Car enthusiasts and spectators from across the Midwest come together to wander among 1,500 street rods and classic cars. Don't miss this popular annual fundraiser that takes place in Dublin's Metro Center Business Park June 27th through June 29th. Come and enjoy food, drinks, live music & great cars! Independence Day Parade & Celebration - Celebrate your freedom in Dublin on the 4th of July! Festivities start at 8 am with the annual Sherm Sheldon Fishing Derby, the inflation celebration at 9 am and the Independence Day Parade kicking off at 11 am. But that's not all, stick around town for live music all day leading up to Michael McDonald and Chaka Khan! Fireworks show starts at 9:50 pm at Dublin Coffman High School Stadium.
Historic Dublin's Slider Challenge- Head to Historic Dublin for the Annual Slider Challenge on July 13. Bring the whole family to be judges of 6 restaurants offering up their best slider! The Slider Challenge is from 1-4 pm. Learn more here.
Irish Festival 5K & Dub Crawl- Celebrate the start of the Irish Festival with a 5K in Historic Dublin. Whether you're a runner, walker or spectator wear your green and get set for a weekend's worth of Irish Attitude. All participants receive a complimentary one-day adult admission ticket with registration purchase. The race begins on August 1st from 7 - 11 pm.
Dublin Irish Festival- Join Dublin for the largest three-day Irish Festival in the world. Research your genealogy, shop the marketplace for imported and handmade goods and even mingle with Irish dog breeds. Emerald City Half & Quarter Marathon- End your summer with plenty of Irish Attitude stretching 6,000 ft. and more than 13 miles. On August 25th, M3S Sports host the Emerald City Half & Quarter Marathon to both local and visiting runners and walkers in Dublin.
