Doors will open to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, and the first 100 customers will receive a free, limited run Fox in the Snow Dublin t-shirt exclusively printed for the cafe opening.

Fox and the Snow owners Lauren Culley and Jeff Excell are thrilled to bring the coffee shop and bakery to the Dublin community. Located on West Bridge Street in Historic Dublin, this will be Fox in the Snow’s fourth cafe and its first location on the west and northwest side of Columbus.

“Dublin is a strong, energetic community, and we’re eager for Fox in the Snow Cafe to be at the center of it,” said Culley, “As we’ve expanded and opened new Fox in the Snow locations, we’ve been intentional to select neighborhoods that align with the energetic yet intimate atmosphere we’ve created in our cafes.”

Interior of the Dublin cafe will be familiar to customers, with a consistent style and experience that they’ve come to expect at the Fox in the Snow locations in Italian Village, German Village and New Albany.

Now the quickest cafe construction to date, it took about six months to renovate the existing building. Culley and Excell have had their eyes on this specific building for nearly seven years as it fits their desire for a unique, historic space in the heart of Dublin. Built in the ‘60s, the 2,400 square-foot building originally served as the U.S. Post Office in downtown Dublin from 1965 to 1982. The historic building was maintained in construction of the new bakery and coffee shop while also transforming it into Fox in the Snow’s quaint, rustic style. Similarly, the North Fourth Street in Italian Village was a mason garage, and the German Village location was originally a movie theater.

The full menu will be available upon opening. Top food items include the souffled egg sandwich praised by Food & Wine as one of the best breakfasts across the U.S., and the cinnamon roll named Ohio’s best by Eat This, Not That. Customers can also enjoy a variety of rustic-style baked goods and hand-poured drinks, plus seasonal summer items available for a few more weeks. All food will be made in-house, from scratch in the Dublin cafe’s kitchen. From dough to jam and icing, all bakery items will be made onsite. Prep by the kitchen team is already underway, as most of its pastries take three to four days to make.

New hooded sweatshirt and t-shirt designs will also be released across all cafe locations and in the online shop to celebrate the Dublin opening.

This news is highly anticipated by loyal Fox in the Snow followers who have been eagerly awaiting the opening date. Social media posts on the brand’s Instagram and Facebook profiles since the announcement of the Dublin cafe have received more than 1,200 comments and 14,000 likes. Fans are frequently inquiring about future locations, and Dublin has been one of the most requested spots.

Located at 38 West Bridge Street, the bakery and coffee shop is next to J. Liu and adjacent to many well-known Historic Dublin restaurants, shops and attractions. Fox in the Snow Dublin will be open 8am-3pm on weekends and 7am-3pm on weekdays.

Customer parking is available onsite. You can find the full Fox in the Snow Cafe menu, online shop and recipes at foxinthesnow.com.
