The Homestead Park is 44-acres and offers a quiet, country atmosphere with a covered bridge, train station replica, caboose and two barns. Other features include event shelters with barbecue grills, a 2 1/2 - acre stocked pond for fishing, playgrounds, water play area, restrooms and vending machines. Ted Kaltenbach Park includes a picnic shelter, 2/3 mile paved walking trail, a demonstration prairie, basketball courts and a baseball diamond.
