Happy Pride Month! We’ve partnered up with Rainbow Dublin to give you all the details on how to get involved and celebrate in the City of Dublin. Rainbow Dublin is the city’s first LGBTQ+ Community Alliance and has been working since its conception to serve LGBTQ+ people and their families by striving to make the communities where they live, work, and gather more equitable and welcoming.

Rainbow Dublin Pride Event
Returning to Riverside Crossing Park in its new format for the third year is Rainbow Dublin’s Pride Event. Celebrate the queer community in Dublin with local vendors featuring, queer business owners, mental health resources and more. Take the opportunity to hear from speakers and get to know the community at this free event. Show your pride on social media! The Dublin Link Pedestrian Bridge will be lit up for Pride June 23-24.
Rainbow Dublin Pride welcomes the entire Dublin community to this event on Saturday, June 24, 2023, starting at 12p.
About Rainbow Dublin
Bobby Weston, president of Rainbow Dublin, saw Dublin as the perfect place to start a family with his husband when they moved here in 2020, but he noticed a lack of LGBTQ+ presence in the community. So, he set out to start one himself and created Rainbow Dublin.
What started as a Facebook page in 2021 has grown into a state-recognized nonprofit that has helped the city of Dublin become a safer and more inclusive place for the LGBTQ+ community by providing a safe space, resources and aiding in the adoption of the city’s non-discrimination ordinance.
Rainbow Dublin doesn’t just celebrate Pride in June! Along with their Pride celebration, Rainbow Dublin also hosts an annual Coming Out Party as a way to foster community and show those new to the LGBTQ+ community that they are not alone.
